About SANDECH Engineering
The entry of SANDECH into the market was primarily motivated by the desire to contribute to the development of national engineering, generating jobs and accelerating the country’s growth.
We work on the development of projects for the most diverse sectors of the economy, such as oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, energy, agribusiness, infrastructure, and food, among others — offering a wide range of engineering services and providing support for all stages, from implementation to maintenance and improvement of industrial plants.
We excel in the preparation of Brownfield projects, which is currently one of the greatest challenges in Engineering, since operating plants require projects that are fully aligned and designed in a way to avoid shutdowns. Furthermore, they must take into account all existing documentation and interferences. In addition, our portfolio includes a variety of Greenfield projects, which also have their own particularities, as they involve, among other challenges, the entire bureaucratic process of Licensing with the competent authorities and utility companies (energy, water, and sewage), which also forms part of our scope of supply.
Our greatest strengths are the ability to integrate high-tech services with modern management techniques and to view management projects from an engineering perspective. This combination of engineering disciplines and management provides a new point of view compared to the traditional approaches currently available in the market. Foundation
SANDECH was founded in Rio de Janeiro by three engineers. It was born at a time of growing demand for Engineering and Management services in Brazil and a notable shortage of qualified labor. It entered the market to meet the demand for projects requiring a high technical level, challenging deadlines, and commitment to results.
Development
As a Multidisciplinary Engineering company with strong management capacity, SANDECH stood out in several bids, providing an innovative point of view compared to traditional approaches used in the market. In this way, the company grew, securing major strategic contracts that were essential for its later expansion.
Expansion
Even in the face of the economic crisis that hit the country, SANDECH achieved 240% growth, relying on a highly qualified technical team focused on delivering high value-added solutions, maximizing profits and results, integrating processes, and increasing productivity for its Clients.
Expansion
Still under the effects of the economic crisis in Brazil, the Company achieved 50% growth and carried out projects in various sectors, such as chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, and energy, working across 21 states of the country.
Consolidation
Already consolidated in the national engineering market, SANDECH achieved 30% growth, securing projects in other economic sectors, such as infrastructure, food, airport, and others.
New Services
Continuing its mission of growth and development, SANDECH launched Architecture as a new discipline, in addition to increasing investment in new software and developing BIM (Building Information Modeling) solution studies.
New Investments
SANDECH reaffirmed its commitment to delivering innovative solutions to its Clients by investing in new technological equipment, such as Laser Scanner and Drone. It also inaugurated its new headquarters in Rio de Janeiro and its new office in São Paulo.
New Clients
The Company started the year serving new Clients in various sectors, such as oil and gas, petrochemical, food, steel, and agro/fertilizers.

IMS – Integrated Management System
With the objective of promoting accident prevention, occupational health and safety, and environmental preservation, SANDECH has guidelines and procedures that guide all company Employees.
Within this system, activities include the development, implementation, training, and awareness of Employees to perform their tasks, based on procedures aligned with the current IMS laws and regulations.
